National Science Foundation funded position under Dr Kristin J Dana. Built custom software to render 3D models acquired from laser geometry scanner, then apply the joint principles of computer graphics and computer vision to texture the objects. Final software was capable of very interactive viewing of extremely high detailed models via a novel data structure that optimized memory allocation for sequential reading.
